FAQ's
Q:What's your return policy?
A: At this time we can not accept returns or do refunds. Due to the various computer monitors, smart phone brightness settings, and personal perception, the actual colors of the clothing may be slightly different than they appear on a screen. We have done our best to provide accurate descriptions and measurements. Please read all product descriptions carefully. Contact us at abazaaruniverse@gmail.com before purchasing if you have ANY questions about a garment. We do want happy customers, if you are not satisfied with a purchase send us an e-mail, we can consider some exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please be patient with us, being on tour means we're not always available to process and discuss exchange options immediately.
Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A: We will ship your items as quickly as we possibly can. If we are at a show when you make your purchase it could take at least a week for us to get your items in the mail. If you need an item quickly and have questions about shipping time, just send us an email abazaaruniverse@gmail.com find out where we are that day. If we're not at a show chances are we can get your things in the mail in a few days.
Q: How do you measure the clothing? How do I know I if a piece will fit me?
A: We take measurements of the garments from one seam to another, the measurements in inches written in the product descriptions do not indicate exactly what size it will fit but exactly how much fabric is there. If you want to know what size you wear in inches, we recommend measuring a piece of clothing you already own and love.
Q: Do you have a brick and mortar store?
A: yes! we have two! Delia’s shop is located inside the tangent gallery in Detroit, MI. Jade’s shop is in Somerset, KY in Flashback Theaters corner gallery.
Q: I saw something I want at a festival but it's not your website, can I still buy it?
A: Absolutely, if we still have it, you can still buy it! We would be happy to mail it to you. Send us an e-mail describing the piece and tell us which show you saw it at. But again, remember that all our pieces are one-offs.
Q: I love this piece, do you have it in a different size?
A: Nope, at least probably not. With the handmade pieces everything is the one that it is, we may be able to make you something very similar, but all of the handmade art is one of a kind. When it comes to vintage, there are very rare occasions in which we find more than one of the same piece, these moments are super magical and don't happen very often at all.
Q:Do you do custom orders?
A: Sure do! With the handmade pieces there’s is usually a waiting list, and there must be an understanding of creative freedom involved. Hit us up! We do love discussing possibilities.
Q: Ever done costuming for film/theatre?
A: Yes! We certainly do! If you are interested in having us do wardrobe for your production, send us an e-mail. We do love bringing our magic into the performance arts.
